The following discloses our policies and practices relating to your privacy. In this context “us” and “our” refers to NC3. “you” and “user” refer to you, the web visitor.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We do not voluntarily sell, rent, lease or otherwise disclose individual information we may have to any individual, company or governmental agency. Period. End of Sentence.

We may be required to involuntarily disclose individual information if required by our good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a court order, legal or other judicial process.

We may share aggregated (non-individual) information about page views, referring pages, bandwidth, etc (see Information We Collect About You) with our business affiliates to help improve our service.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Other than information provided as the result of voluntarily completing a form, Tweeting about us, Liking Us, Plusing Us or similar activities, we don’t collect any personal information.

From time to time our site may have links to others sites. We cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of any web site other than our own. Our statements and policies are binding only to our web site.

NOTIFICATION OF PRIVACY POLICY CHANGE

Thirty (30) or more days before a change to the privacy policy we will post the new policy on this web site. We will place a notice of the upcoming change on the home page.
